These General Conditions of Sale relate to the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the telematic network on the website www.strassoutlet.com owned by Puglisi Salvatore. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 and, as regards the protection of the confidentiality of personal data, from those of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale The contract stipulated between strassoutlet.com and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by strassoutlet.com. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, he declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below. This acceptance is considered tacit by the customer, unless otherwise communicated in any way to strassoutlet.com within the same day on which the order was completed. If the customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling. The client's right to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. In any case, consumer rights are guaranteed according to the law.
  • Purchase method
The purchase of the available products, as illustrated and described online in the relative sheets, is made by the customer at the price indicated therein, possibly increased by the transport costs as displayed at the time of purchase or communicated by strassoutlet.com. Confirming the purchase, to complete the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing a copy of his Order.
Strassoutlet.com can accept orders for delivery in Italian territory. However, strassoutlet.com has the right not to accept an order if delivery cannot be guaranteed for any reason that will be communicated to the customer. For each order placed on the online sales portal, Punto GT Crystal issues an invoice for the shipped material, which will be sent to the holder of the order. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is authentic (for invoicing it is mandatory to indicate the tax code, name and surname and any VAT number). No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly spelled out when placing the order. The customer will pay for the goods using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing is owed more by the customer than the total of the order highlighted at the end of the purchase procedure. No responsibility can be attributed to strassoutlet.com in case of delay in order fulfillment or delivery of what has been ordered.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that:
  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
  • the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage or non-correspondence of the number of packages or of the indications explained in the accompanying document must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. In the case of goods that are not intact, you must send the photos of the product from which the damage is shown to the email address: info@strassoutlet.com. In the event of failure to collect the material present in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, all additional charges will be charged to the customer.
The customer expressly consents, pursuant to article 23 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data that Punto GT Crystal of Puglisi Salvatore - proceeds with the collection, use and communication of their personal data, as well as provided in the compilation of all the online forms necessary to complete their purchases, for the fulfillment of all the purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of the order and the shipping procedures of what has been purchased as well as for the purposes related to the obligations established by current laws.
The customer also declares to be aware that, if during the registration phase he has expressly consented, his personal data will be entered in the Puntogtcrysta.com customer database and may be used for promotional purposes or for sending material advertising. The interested party expressly enjoys the rights referred to in article 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 196/2003, namely to request confirmation of the existence of his personal data at the headquarters of strassoutlet.com; to know their origin, logic and purpose of their treatment; to obtain updating, rectification and integration; to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in case of illegal treatment; to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication, it being understood that obtaining the cancellation of your personal data is subject to the sending of a written communication sent to the company headquarters.   • How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
The customer can exercise the rights provided for in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 by sending an e-mail to info@strassoutlet.com. In case of receipt of unsolicited products, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, that is the possibility to return the product, within 10 days from the delivery date. The steps to follow are as follows: 1. communicate to strassoutlet.com to by e-mail, the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by writing: I want to make use of the DL 50 of 15 January 1992 according to which the right of withdrawal is allowed within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, including their bank details for the re-credit of the cost of the product. 2. within and no later than 3 days (the date of receipt and the date of dispatch will prevail) make a shipment by traceable courier to the address: Punto GT Crystal di Puglisi Salvatore, Piazza Risorgimento, 26 - 95122 Catania (CT). including the purchased good intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, small parts for assembly, etc ...) copy of the receipt or invoice. Strassoutlet.com will not be responsible for failure or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as strikes, measures by the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, heavy snowfalls, floods and damage to industrial machinery not dependent on strassoutlet.com. Strassoutlet.com will promptly notify the Customer of the occurrence of a cause of force majeure.
  • Use of the site
The product descriptions and images on the site correspond to what was made available by PuntoGt Crystal suppliers at strassoutlet.com. The photographs and presentation videos of the products accompanying the descriptive information are published on the site for descriptive purposes, taking into account the fact that the quality of the images, including an exact display of the color variations, may depend on the software and IT tools used by the customer when connecting to the site. strassoutlet.com assumes no responsibility for problems caused to the customer by the use of the site and the technologies used as they are not dependent on their own will.
